By accessing or using the Word & War website, mobile applications, and related services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Word & War provides games (including Word Duel, Tower Defense, and future titles), leaderboards, and supporting web and mobile experiences. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

3. Your Account and Conduct

You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide (e.g., display name) and for keeping your account secure. You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Cheat, manipulate scores, or use unauthorized automation or exploits.
• Harass, abuse, or harm others, or post content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringing.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other accounts, or third-party data.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services, including games, software, text, graphics, logos, and other content, are owned by Arbel Industries or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission. You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., your display name); you grant us a license to use it to operate and promote the Services.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARBEL INDUSTRIES AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arbel Industries and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these terms.
